Registered Dietitian | National Board-Certified Health Coach | Health Educator
Jordana is a Registered Dietitian and National Board-Certified Health Coach with nearly a decade of experience in health coaching and even more in nutrition. She believes that small, realistic changes can lead to lasting transformation—and she’s passionate about helping people find what works for them.
With a background in both clinical and community settings, Jordana has provided individual nutrition counseling, worked in hospitals, and taught as a nutrition professor. Her approach is grounded in evidence, but always tailored to real life.
Frustrated by the one-size-fits-all advice often seen in traditional dietetics, Jordana pursued advanced training in health education and coaching to offer a more holistic, whole-person approach. She works with adults across the health spectrum—from those managing chronic conditions to those simply looking to fine-tune their wellness routines.
Jordana has a special interest in women’s health at every stage, particularly around peri-menopause and menopause. She also enjoys helping busy people carve out time for their own well-being. Her goal is to empower each client with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make sustainable, personalized choices for better health.
